Description

At last I made Lillian how she is suppose to be. I only hope that I made a good job with the shoes. But besides that, i like how I draw her at the end.
I change the background thanks to the advice of :iconzephyros-phoenix:

I remembered that I really liked this character when I first saw her and that has not changed. Lillian here is a good example of combining the complexity of insects with the simple design of sweet and innocent characters.

The Sonic bug lover in me would have loved to see more insect details on Lillian, in particular her feet since I don't usually like seeing Sonic bugs with the same style of feet as other mammal characters. However, I'm rather ok with that with Lillian given the personality - and I imagine your intention - of her character. The antenna and lens remain my favorite qualities of her physical appearance and the paler tone of her skin and hair really bring out the bright purple of her lens and yellow of her dress. I will make one suggestion for her insect features and that is to include the scale-like lines you'd see on a dragonfly's wings. That will not only further emphasize her insect-ness, but it will make her wings look more intricate than their simple, rather bland appearance now.

I probably would have gone with a different color for the circle, simply because when I look at it sometimes, it's almost as if Lillian's disappearing into the circle (in that sense I mean that the circle color and her skin/hair color are a little too close to each other in tone for my taste).

Either way, this is an improvement over the previous image of Lillian that you've done and I still like her. Just that one suggestion with the wings would make her look better, I think.
